Artist Growth Rewards Program Terms

Program Overview

The Artist Growth Rewards Program ("Program") is a profit-sharing incentive program designed to reward artists who contribute to Human Arts platform growth and community development. Participating artists earn points ("Growth Points") that determine their share of the platform's profit-sharing pool after meeting vesting requirements.

How the Program Works

Artists earn Growth Points for qualifying activities including:

  • Referring new subscribers who remain active
  • Community engagement and platform advocacy
  • Referring other qualifying artists
  • Meeting subscriber retention milestones

Profit Sharing

10% of monthly platform profits are allocated to the profit-sharing pool. Once vested, your monthly share is calculated as:

Your Effective Points / Total Effective Pool Points × Profit-Sharing Pool

Effective Points = Your Raw Points × Founding Cohort Multiplier × Tenure Multiplier

Profit-sharing payouts are distributed monthly to vested artists alongside regular streaming payouts.

Multipliers (Early-Artist Advantages)

Two stacked multipliers reward artists who get in early and stay:

  • Founding Cohort Multiplier: The first 100 approved artists are designated "Founding Artists" and receive a permanent 1.5× multiplier on their Growth Points at distribution time. Once the cohort is full, this designation is closed forever.
  • Charter Cohort Multiplier: The next 400 approved artists (artists #101–500) are designated "Charter Artists" and receive a permanent 1.2× multiplier on their Growth Points. Awarded automatically in approval order once the Founding cohort fills. Closed once the 400 spots are taken.
  • Pioneer Cohort Multiplier: The next 500 approved artists (artists #501–1000) are designated "Pioneer Artists" and receive a permanent 1.1× multiplier on their Growth Points. Awarded automatically in approval order once the Charter cohort fills. Closed once the 500 spots are taken.
  • Tenure Multiplier: Every artist's share grows the longer they stay on Human Arts, on a front-loaded curve so early years feel meaningful:
    • Year 0 → 1: ramps from 1.0× up to 1.20× at the one-year mark
    • Years 1 → 5: +0.05× per year (Year 5 = 1.40×)
    • Year 5+: +0.025× per year (slower compound)
    • Capped at 2.0×
    Compounds with the cohort multiplier when applicable. A Founder at Year 5 effectively earns at 2.10× (1.5 × 1.40); a Charter at Year 5 earns at 1.68× (1.2 × 1.40); a Pioneer at Year 5 earns at 1.54× (1.1 × 1.40); a Standard artist at Year 5 earns at 1.40×.

Multipliers are applied at distribution time — your raw point count in the platform doesn't change, but your effective share of the pool does.

Vesting Requirements

To begin receiving profit-sharing payouts, artists must meet all of the following:

  • Minimum 24 months of continuous platform participation
  • Minimum 10 retained subscriber referrals (subscribers active 6+ months)
  • Maintained good community standing
  • Active participation in platform at time of payout

Points accumulate from day one. Profit-sharing payouts begin after vesting requirements are met.

Important Terms

  • Proportional Share: Your profit-sharing percentage is proportional to your effective points (raw points × your multipliers) relative to the sum of all vested artists' effective points. It may increase or decrease as other artists earn points or as their tenure multipliers grow.
  • No Ownership Rights: Profit sharing does not constitute equity, ownership, or any other interest in Human Arts LLC
  • Program Changes: Human Arts reserves the right to modify the profit-sharing percentage, point values, and program terms at any time with reasonable notice
  • No Transferable Rights: Growth Points are non-transferable and have no monetary value until vesting requirements are met
  • Tax Responsibility: Artists are responsible for any tax obligations arising from profit-sharing payouts

Eligibility

  • Active Human Arts artist in good standing
  • Compliance with all platform terms of service
  • Enrolled in the Growth Rewards Program

Modifications and Termination

Human Arts reserves the right to:

  • Modify point values, earning criteria, multiplier values, founding cohort size, and profit-sharing percentages
  • Suspend or terminate individual artist participation
  • Discontinue the Program with 30 days notice
  • Change these terms with reasonable advance notice

No Employment Relationship

Program participation does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Human Arts.
