1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Human Arts ("HART"), operated by Human Arts LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Human Arts is a music streaming platform that connects listeners with independent, human-made music. We use a user-centric payment model where your subscription directly supports the artists you listen to.

3. Subscriptions

Access to Human Arts requires a paid subscription at $15.99/month. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

• 70% of subscription revenue goes to artists based on your listening
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial subscription

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures
• Use automated systems to artificially inflate play counts
• Download, copy, or redistribute content without authorization
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Human Arts, including music, artwork, and platform design, is protected by copyright. Artists retain ownership of their music. You receive a limited license to stream content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the service ends immediately.

8. User-Generated Content & Community Features

Human Arts provides community features including discussion boards, show chats, comments, and messaging. You are solely responsible for any content you post through these features.

• Human Arts does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any user-generated content.
• You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Human Arts may, but is not obligated to, monitor, review, or remove user-generated content at its sole discretion.
• You grant Human Arts a non-exclusive license to display your posted content within the platform.
• Any interactions, meetups, or connections arranged through the platform are at your own risk. Human Arts is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the platform.

If you encounter inappropriate content, please use the report feature. We take reports seriously and will take action as appropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability

Human Arts is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
